Returns & Exchanges
If you have concerns regarding your product or believe we have made a mistake with your order, please contact us through our Contact Form.
We accept returns within 14 days after you receive the item. You have 14 days to initiate a return from the time your package is received. Due to the small scale nature of the made-to-order production, we offer 100% store credit for returns. We also charge a $12 processing fee for each return. This fee will be removed from your refund.
The item must have its original tags on it and cannot be damaged or worn in any way. You will be refunded once we receive your item and process it. Your refund will be returned to you in the form of store credit.
To return an item, contact us here. Make sure to include your name, order number, and reason for return, and we will get in touch with you.
If you would like to exchange an item for another size or color, please see the process above for Returns. We do not accept direct exchanges.
Instead, exchanges are processed like returns. Returns will receive store credit for 100% of the value of the returned item. Once you return your item, you may use your store credit to purchase the product of your choice.
